Palimpsesto de una vida is a textile series that explores migration, memory, and the home as a symbolic refuge. Inspired by the idea of the palimpsest—layers of writing that coexist on the same surface—the work reflects on the paths we choose and the emotional territories we inhabit over time.

Dedicated to the artist’s grandmother, the series moves through seven significant territories that shape an intimate narrative where space, time, and memory intertwine. Each piece becomes a trace of lived experience, revealing how what came before remains present and continues to shape who we are.
