SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Area
Microterritorios currently ships exclusively within the European Union.
Orders outside the EU are not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
Processing times depend on the nature of the product:

Ready-to-ship items: dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Made-to-order or custom pieces: production time varies and will be indicated on the product page. Dispatch will occur once the piece is completed.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Spain.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country and selected shipping method.
The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination within the EU.
Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, customs inspections (if applicable), or unforeseen circumstances.
Microterritorios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
5. Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information, if available, via email.
6. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the product.
If the package arrives visibly damaged, the customer must notify the carrier immediately and contact Microterritorios within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Microterritorios is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the event of a lost or damaged package, Microterritorios will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Resolution times depend on the carrier’s procedures.
