RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify Microterritorios by email at micro.territorios@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition.

It must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase must be provided.
Due to the delicate and artistic nature of the pieces, items showing signs of use will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
Once the withdrawal request has been approved, the customer will receive instructions for returning the item.
Unless the product is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.
4. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized pieces.

Products made to the customer’s specifications.

Commissioned textile artworks.

Gift cards.
These items cannot be returned or refunded unless they present a manufacturing defect.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must contact Microterritorios within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs of the issue.
If the defect is confirmed, the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with EU consumer law.
6. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with EU regulations.
Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.
