TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

The website is dedicated to the online sale of jewelry pieces and textile artworks within the European Union.

2. Scope and Acceptance

By placing an order through this website, the customer declares that they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products

Products offered include handcrafted jewelry and textile artworks.

Due to their artisanal nature:

  • Minor variations in texture, finish, size or color may occur.

  • Such variations are inherent to handmade production and shall not be considered defects.

  • Colors may slightly differ depending on screen settings.

Each product description provides the essential characteristics of the item.

4. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT in accordance with European Union regulations.

Shipping costs are displayed separately before completing the purchase.

The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Ordering Process

To place an order, the customer must:

  1. Select the desired product.

  2. Add it to the cart.

  3. Complete the checkout process.

  4. Confirm the order and payment.

The contract is considered concluded once the customer receives confirmation of the order via email.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of payment issues, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

6. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. The seller does not store payment details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within the European Union.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and product type (ready-to-ship or made-to-order).

The seller shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller in writing via email before the withdrawal period expires.

The product must be returned:

  • In its original condition

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Products made to the customer’s specifications.

  • Clearly personalized textile artworks or jewelry pieces.

These items cannot be returned or refunded unless they present a manufacturing defect.

10. Legal Guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity established by EU law.

In case of lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as applicable.

The legal guarantee period is three (3) years from delivery, in accordance with Spanish consumer legislation currently in force.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, artworks, photographs, texts and content on the website are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced or used without prior written authorization.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations establish otherwise.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.
